Operating Principle :
SZL type series assembly pipe steam/hot water boiler is double drum pipe chain grate boiler.
There are two drums inside the boiler body. front part of the upper drum and water wall tube make up the radiat heating surface,back part of the upper drum and tube bundle among following drum make up the convection heating surface. Economizer is arranged in the boiler rear. Some heat of high temperature flue gas will be absorbed by furnace,then go into convection heating surface through cooling chamber,then flue gas go through economizer, dust catcher and induced draft fan,go into atmosphere.
characteristics:
1) Reasonable disposed heat surface and burning device, heat efficiency is 4~5% higher than national standard.2) Reasonable flue speed design, heating surface without scattered flue and no abrasion, under the condition of no scoot blowing,which can keep the boilers running high efficiently, with full loadand safely.3) Adopt high radiation arch, while guarantee the blind coal fire on time burn to improve the burning rate.4) Equipped with steel-made threaded pipe air preheater, supply reasonable temperature hot wind, boost fuel fire timely and burning completely.5) Enlarge the grate area, improve the burning time of fuel, decrease the heat loss of incompletely burning.6) Adopt big grate, leak no coal, ventilate equally, clear airway itself,burn steadily.7) All single back way design, adopt reasonable injected circulation for hot water boilers, medium speed in back way of heat surface is higher than national standard.8) Soot idiomatically separate at the exit of boiler furnace, reduce ash content and lessen abrasion of back heat surface.9) Compact structure makes its installation volume smaller than othertype, shortens installation period and reduces the cost of boiler house.10) Big water volume benefits for power-off protection, fits load waving.
