It consists of horizontal continuous annealing furnace, trolley-type annealing furnace, and vertical annealing furnace.
The annealing furnace can be divided into horizontal continuous annealing furnace, trolley-type annealing furnace, and vertical annealing furnace.
The composition of the equipment
This equipment consists of pipe feeding mechanism, chain conveying mechanism, internal furnace centering mechanism, furnace body, refractory material, wind supplying system, smoke discharging system, cooling system, combustion system, hydraulic system, electric control and automatic instrument system.

Horizontal Continuous Annealing Furnace
The technology of the horizontal annealing furnace is to remove the pearlite and cementite produced in the casting process by treating the centrifugal ductile casting pipe with heating, temperature keeping, rapid cooling and gradual cooling and to make the mechanic performance of the ductile casting pipe meet the requirement of ISO2531-2003 (E) and GB/TI3295-2003, among them the elongation ratio is larger than or equal to 10%, ferrite is larger than 90%, free of cementite.
Trolley- type Annealing Furnace
Trolley-type annealing furnace is a kind of annealing furnace, it is a chamber-shaped industrial furnace with fixed hearth and its bottom can be removed to the exterior of the furnace.
The bottom of the trolley-type annealing furnace is equipped with travel mechanism so that it can be pulled out or hauled into the hearth along the orbit on the ground by the traction mechanism in order to load and unload the work pieces out the furnace expediently. Trolley-type annealing furnace is applicable for heating before forging and pressing of large steel ingot, billet, steel plate and heating of heat treatment of large castings, forgings and jointing pieces. Trolley-type annealing furnace can use gas or liquid as its fuel, also it can use electricity for heating. And its burners are often located in both sides of the hearth when it uses gas or liquid as fuel.

Vertical Annealing Furnace
Range
Vertical annealing furnace (is cylinder shape) is an international standard and energy-saving cycle type furnace. It is mainly applied for heating of heat treatment department of steel mills, special steel, machining, chemical industry, heavy industry, metallurgy, casting, casting tube factories, forging, flange rings, steel structure, pull wires, environmental protection equipments, machinery matching companies, loader, diesel engine, war industry,etc.
Temperature requirements
Vertical annealing furnace can be classified into high temperature furnace, intermediate temperature furnace and low temperature tempering furnace. The highest application temperature of high temperature furnace is within 1200°C, and that of intermediate temperature furnace is within 950°C, of low temperature tempering furnace is within 650°C. Customers can choose according to characters of different types. And the shape, dimensions, loading of the furnace can be ordered according to customer’s requirements.

Control adopts contactor, thyristor, modules, electronic digit-display, intelligent digit-display, computer, PID, PLC, remote control, centralized control, programming contro.
Structure
Structure adopts complete fiber aluminum silicate thrown silk carpet modules to build the furnace body, bottom of the furnace is built by light heat preservation bricks and heavy refractory bricks, the heating elements adopt resistance wires and resistance belts for heating or nature gas, diesel oil, etc. fuel, the furnace shells are made by steel plates and profiled bars, the furnace cover uses mechanical drive; detailed configure will be designed and provided according to the customer’s requirements and the temperature of the furnace.
