3. Structure Introduction
Large-size well type carburizing furnace is mainly comprised of main furnace,furnace cover and lifting mechanism, moving mechanism, hot air circulation system, carbon content control system, and electrical equipment temperature control system.
main furnace: including furnace cover, main furnace body, lining, heating components;
Furnace cover:The furnace cover is a welding structure of sectional steel and steel plates. The sealing between the furnace cover and the tank is both graphite asbestos coil and rubber coil.
Furnace body: It is a welding structure of sectional steel and steel plates.
Lining: super-light 0.6 ball energy-saving refractory bricks as refractory layer and fiber felt as heat preservation layer with diatomite soil and vermiculite powder as filling.
Heating components: 0Cr27AL6Nb alloy high resistance wire
Furnace cover lifting mechanism: furnace cover and moving stand, furnace cover lifting device, etc.Hot air circulation system There is one hot air water-cooled circlation fan inside the furnace cover.This fan forces the interior air move in the pre-set direction and unify the interior temperature and carbon content. The fan shaft and vanes are all made of 0Cr25Ni20Si2 heat resistant steel. The flow guidance plates are made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti.
Furnace tank: It is made of 310S heat-resistant stainless steel.
Carbon content liquid dripping device and carbon content control: The carbon content control system is comprised of oxygen detection head, carbon content controller, flow meter, electro-magnetic valve, etc, which are all of Honeywell brand. The dripping device is made by quality anti-erosion stainless steel.
Electrical equipment temperature control system: The main heating loop is equipped with automatic air switch, AC contactor, and controllable silicon for each temperature section, cooling fan, over-heat protection, impedance absorption loop, output voltage and current meter, etc. The temperature control is made through Shanghai Guolong TCW-32B programmed intelligent instrument. It is K Type, 4-20mA PID output current and auxiliary control output connection points. The recorder is XWGJ-101 single-pen medium-round electronic potentiometer supplied by Shanghai Dahua Instrument Plant. The upper, medium, and bottom temperature control and all mechanical moves are controlled on one control panel. All mechanical moves are protected with whole-process lockage control. For example, only when the furnace cover is closed completely, the power of the furnace heating components can be switched on.
