2..The furnace structure:
It include sealing device,heating section,slow cooling section ,cooling section,output sealing device and furnace roller etc.
Intel sealing device
Upper and down steel plate press together,there is nitrogen crack in seal part to prevent the furnace exit getting fire,the protection gas of inside the furnace drain out to outside by special pipes before into the sealing device.
Heating section furnace body is made by steel plate and steel column,inside with Hi-aluminum and fibre felt,upside of the furnace adopting Hi-aluminum fibre hanging,The pre-heating muffle length is 8.2m×0.75m×0.35m( thickness is 6mm, 310S )
The heating muffle length is 11.8m×0.75m×0.45m( thickness is 8mm, Sweden310S )
Single wall of furnace thickness is 550mm, 230mm is brick,another 320mm is high aluminium heat preservation cotton.
The top part of the furnace cover is a whole structure part, so easy to replace the muff pipe, life time is around 10 years.
The furnace shell temperature wont exceed 70°C .
