Introduction:

chest type contact plate freezer have several horizontal plates between which have same intervals, the plate is hollow and freon evaporates inside. The frozen product is put between plates and pressed by a hydraulic jack. Because of its double contact frozen surface, the product will be deeply and quickly frozen.
