Each inductor has individual electrical system to form self-supporting unit. Thats to say, each inductor can solely supply power, the control& operation is security and control convenience.
The spray pattern inductor of electric equipment is single phase load, the three-phase equilibrium is completed via linking up triangular load of reactor, capacitor and inductor.
The electric system is composed of supply power and control equipment: power unit of the furnace is a integrated electric cabinet including automatic air switch, contractor, voltage regulator, balancing reactor, capacitor mutual inductor, etc. the three-phase equilibrium and compensating have been assembled inside the electric cabinet and adjusted during commissioning, not adjusted during working order.
The control cabinet controls process control, status parameter indication, fault status indication, security protection and electric chain etc. Through PLC control system, we can adjust the power, automatically control the zinc temperature, watch and control the running process of the zinc pot, indicate the parameter of running status and fault status, electric chain, and alarm etc. there is the function of communication, transmitting the zinc temperature and the inductor status in control cabinet.
Four sets of 400kW spray pattern inductor are configurated for the GL pot. Each inductor has individual electrical system to form self-supporting unit. Thats to say, each inductor can solely supply power, the control& operation is security and control convenience.
