Working Principle
This induction cooker is based on the electromagnetic induction principle after power on, the magnetic field owing to the coil with current induce the bottom of the pan and heat the food.
Pan choose
In order to let the induction cooker to work under the best situation, it is better to use the matched pan or pot. If user uses other pan or pot, please chooses steel pan or pot with plain bottom and the diameter is 12~20cm with inducts magnet.
Suitable pans:
Iron pan with flat base and base diameter ranging between 12cm and 20cm
Unsuitable pans:
Any pans made of ceramic, glass, aluminum or cooper, or those with uneven base ,base diameter less than 12cm or over than 20cm
