SINOCEAN containerized ice-making unit is mainly designed for hydropower station, nuclear power station, high-speed railway, chemical process; it will parallel ice-making unit and electric control system, which will be highly integrated in a standard container for easy movement and transportation as a whole; meantime, as a whole, large automatic ice storage and ice delivery devices can be matched to it to meet the needs of a large number of ice.

Automatic Ice Storage System

Double-wall insulation designed allows a proper cold air-circulation around; with Air cooler; keep inside temperature as low as 12-15°C; ensure the ice dry and loose, then easy to move and transport.

The track units circle motion can make the ice continued to move to the exit gently, which can protect the bottom of ice from freezing due to prolonged accumulating; automatic induction unit is equipped to prevent the ice rake from being imbedded by the ice.

The bottom of device using hot-dip galvanizing surface treatment, the centralization of all sports bodies to be controlled by the overall electrical control system; and configured monitoring system from time to time to ensure the inside safe operation.

The screw conveying system is economical for short distance ice transportation; the longest distance is generally not more than 18meters; general delivery angle LESS60°

Basic devices: Spiral, Spiral groove

Features:it is mainly used for short-distance transportation or high transportation; with stable, uniform and other effects; a pair of operation points can be realized simultaneously.

Applications: concrete, chemical industry, port and artificial skiing ground.

Ice Delivery System

Air Blowing Delivery System

It can take advantage of high-pressure gas by pipeline to transport the ice to long-distance and even high destination. It has a wide range of applications.

Applications: concrete, chemical industry, fishery port and artificial skiing ground. For example, in chemical factory, using the measurement devices, the amount of ice can be simply and accurately transported to the chemical reactors which need to be cooled.

On the artificial skiing ground, when the chute is being paved, gas transportation is the most suitable way, man-made snow can spray 10m at least after leaving the hose, so conveying speed is very fast. Besides, ice is transferred through the flexible and elastic tube excludes dust mixed with a variety of opportunities.

Basic devices: air lock swing valve, a high-volume and low pressure blower.

Features: the transportation distance can be freely adjustable; the ice can be sent to multiple operation points.
