Performance Introduction
1)two flavors + one mixed flavor, floor model, air pump, full stainless steel of panel. Big Cylinder, beater with blade knife, agitator in hopper. 2) The microprocessor controls that regulates refrigeration by measuring product viscosity to maintain consistent quality.
3) Hardness digital indicator: Product viscosity is displayed to assure safe product. 4) Separate hopper refrigeration(Pre-cooling) maintains mix below 5 °c.5) Three compressors and two beater motor, separate control of each flavor. 6) Capacity: 65~70 liters/hour, 450 cones/hour (100g/cone) .(capacity varies depending on condition of mix and environment. )
