PLC control commerical tube ice machine 2 tons per day

After the refrigeration system normally working, the water in the bottom water bin take form the outlet transported to the inlet of the upper water bin by the chilling pump, and then through the water segregator as a screw flow way along the inner wall of the recuperator tube flowing downward with the refrigerant on the surface of recuperator tube doing heat exchange, then the temperature is reduced, parts of water will be formed ice tube in the inner recuperator tube, the water that don't formed ice after fall of temperature will be flowing into the bottom water bin, the water circulating again and again, save energy.

 

After a certain time, the water stops circulated, the refrigeration system change into ice dropping model, ice cutting structured running, the refrigeration on surface of the trcuperator tube will be turned into high pressure refrigerant gas, the heat gas exchange heat with the ice tube in the ice maker and make the ice tube melt little ,then the ice tube without the gravity, slide down into the ice cutting structure, and cut ice tube to small tubes.

Tube Ice Making Machine Features:

1.Use hot Freon gas to make ice fall off fast with the whole process takes only 150~180 seconds.

2.After the ice is off, the water of low temperature is used for ice-making, saving energy consumption and increasing the volume of production of ice.

3.With the unique water distributive pan and air mouth, the water can evenly flow on the tube wall of the evaporator spirally, so it improves the efficiency of heat transfer.

4.The use of stainless steel SUS304,aluminum alloy plate-type evaporator, accords with the health and safety requirements.

5.The use of air pressure control excludes the risk of rupture of the evaporator tube and the tube ice diameter can be adjusted according to customers' needs.

6.Half-full liquid: liquid level controller which manages liquid supply of refrigerant makes the system more stable. 

7.All equipments are assembled in the steel frame, except cooling tower.
