Our professional style Ice Cream Scoop is ideal for all ice creams, both the harder and softer varieties. The strong stainless steel bowl cuts cleanly through the ice cream to scoop it out and is then cleanly released by the ratchet handle.

The Ice Cream Scoop is made from high quality (18/8) stainless steel, which will not rust.

Using this top quality steel enables the scoop to be quite thin, but still very rigid, so that the scoop can easily cut through even hard ice cream.

In the bowl is a rotating lever, which releases the ice cream from the scoop bowl. The bowl has a 2.25" (5.6cm) diameter, which is the usual size for cones.

When the handles are squeezed, the lever in the scoop bowl is rotated to separate the ice cream from the scoop.

The handles are comfortably shaped and spring-loaded, so that the scoop lever is returned to the starting point each time.
