Hydraulic Steel Wire Braided Rubber Hose Construction
Made of liquid resistant synthetic inner layer and middle layer rubber, and 2 or4, 6 layers steel wire spiraled enforcement layers and out layer rubber. Inner layer rubber bear pressure and protect the transport medium, and protect the steel wire from erosion, outer layer rubber to protect the steel wire from damage, steel wire is the reinforcement frame.
Use of Hydraulic Steel Wire Braided Rubber Hose
The steel wire braided hydraulic rubber hose is mainly used for mining hydraulic support, oil field exploitatation, suitable used for construction, lifting, transport, metallurgy, forging, mining equipment, ships, injection moulding machinery, agricultural machinery and all kinds of machine tool and all the hydraulic systems to transport a oil liquid(as mineral oil, solubility oil, hydraulic oil, fuel oil, lubricant oil), and water liquid (such as emulsified liquid, oil and water mixed dirty liquid, water), air etc with some certain pressure and temperature, and hydraulic transmission. Working pressure: 70-100MPa.
Characteristic
1. use high quality synthetic rubber, with good oil resistance, heat resistance, aging resistance performance.
2. could bear high pressure, with good pulse performance.
3. tube closed tightly, handling soft, no much distortion under pressure.
4. with good flexible and fatique resistance.
5. the fixed length is 20meters, also could reach to 50 meters according the customer requirements.
6.Working temperature -30~+120°C
