Applications

90°C-120°C for normal paper.

110°C-140°C temperature for PET and OPP Surface.

Application

For regular paper: Printing base material such us: regular paper, white card board, Glazing paper, Ink paper, Thick noodles paper etc.; Apply to Greeting cards, Books, Gift box etc., wide adaptability and divided into three types: universal type, large-area type, and hair line type

For Plastic paper: Printing base material such as: OPP film laminated paper(Brightness and Matte) PET film laminated paper etc. apply to daily packages, Clothing tags ,Cosmetic boxes, Tag boards. wide adaptability and divided into three types: universal type, large-area type, and hair line type

Using Way:

1. Selecting correct foil according to the material stamped, the area stamped. Then please adjust correct stamping temperature, pressure, speed.

2. The aluminum layer of Hot Stamping Foil is very sensitive to Acid,Humidity condition. So User must use the neuter paper, ink (special black ink), high consistency oil and glue. In order to prevent the aluminum will be oxidized and faded, the material stamped need to be kept dry.
