1,Shell is stainless steel 304 or 316L 2,Can stand higher water pressure 3,Suitable for high temperature heat pump,spa heater

Work Condition:1)Refrigerant side(Inside of the tube): R22,R134a,R407c,R404a,R410a,R600a,etc.

2)Water side (Between the tube and shell):Nature water,ground water,sea water,and another corrosive solution.

Material:1)Heat transfer Tube: Pure titanium seamless tube,Thickness 0.55mm

2)Shell: stainless steel  304 or 316L, Thickness 1.0mm~1.2mm

Features:1)Application: can be used both for condenser and for evaporator,Usually used for  for  high temperature heat pump,spa heater,swimming pool thermostatic equipment,or heating /cooling some corrosive solution. 

2) Pure titanium seamless tube has super strong corrosion proof ability and mechanical strength. Never worry about it will be damaged due to the terrible working conditions.

3) The seamless titanium tube was tested by 50 Bar pressure Nitrogen gas two times  before they leave the factory. Make sure the tube is strong and not leakage .

4)The  shell is stainless steel  304 or 316L, So,it can used for high temperature solution,(stainless steel shell can stand 120 degree Celsiusthe , But the PVC shell can used for less  than 45 degree Celsius) ,Beside that,The shell was tested by 10 Bar water pressure to make sure the water system not leakage .5)
