It uses advanced stainless steel vortex hot film pipes (SUS) as the heat transfer component. The unique heat transfer component and inner structure together achieve the functions of high efficiency, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and high pressure resistance and less solid fouling, so its total efficiency has been improved greatly.The heat exchange component is made of stainless steel vortex hot film pipe, The body's material is carbon steel or stainless steel, may choose carbon steel with copperplate as inner liner or stainless steel plate, etc.The hot mediator is steam or high-temperature water, the shell side’s working pressure includes three grades: 0.6Mpa,1.0Mpa and 1.6Mpa, the outlet hot water temperature will be not over 90°C in general.

Structure Features1. High efficiency and energy conservation: The heat transfer coefficient reaches 3000~4000W/m2.°C in the transfer from steam to water and 2000~3500 W/m2.°C in the transfer from water to water.2. The heat transfer pipe’s material is stainless steel, has the long useful life for 20 years.3. Make the laminar flow changed to be turbulent flow, thereby the heat transfer efficiency is improved, and the thermal resistance is reduced.4. High heat exchange speed, high temperature resistance(400°C) and high pressure resistance(2.5MPa);5. With the large water storage, the little cold water places in the heat exchangers, the high volume’s availability, less water head loss; it has the safe and stable water supply effect.6. Flexible Design,complete specifications, practical and narrow target and save the cost well.7. The heat exchanger are able to inspect water temperature continuously and automatically, then control the temperature accurately by instructing control valves to regulate the hot mediator’s Flow Rate in the coil pipes. The temperature of outlet water can remain in the scope of 2℃ of the set point under the condition of load fluctuation(It is not the equipment’s intrinsic function, the user is required to buy the extra-temperature control valve.)
