Features:

High heat recovery

Because of high heat transfer coefficient, temperature difference of heat transfer can be very low. It is applicable to the recovery of low energy and heat. Generally speaking, the recovery of plate heat exchanger can be 90%.

High flexibility

The plates can be combined to different procedures, so plate heat exchangers can be optimized, and are applicable to different heat load. The heat exchangers will adapt to the new process conditions when the plates are increased or decreased, without frame replacing.

Low stagnation

Because of its small flow passage, the stagnation is very little. As a result, the plate heat exchanger controls temperature well, and the weight of the equipment is lightened much. This heat exchanger will show better capability when dealing with the heat sensitivity materials.
