Kappa-Selenocarrageenan is a new High-Content of selenium nutritive fortifier made of natural red alga. It uses the polysaccharide natural sulfate(k-carrageenan)as the raw material. Instead of the sulfate, the selenite combines with the C4 -hydro-D-galactose nuit. Part of the selenite open the ether bond of the 3,6-inner driving drum ether - D-galactose nuit and link to the C3 potential simultaneously. The molecular structure as below:
