1. Introduction
KL2.8 series cold light mining lamp uses the safety lithium-ion polymer with national patent as battery, high-power LED as light source, accurate IC as protection device. Beautiful appearance, small size, light weight, large capacity, long time lighting, high illumination, high penetration, easy using, maintenance-free, long life, no pollution and automatically start.
1) Energy performance: The main light source uses an ultra-bright and high-power 1W LED, and the auxiliary light source uses a low power LED. Low energy consumption, high luminous efficiency, and the power consumption is only 20% of the incandescent which has the same luminous flux. It breaks the low efficiency defect of traditional tungsten light. It’s energy and efficient.
2) Environmental performance: Soft white LED light, no glare, and it won’t cause operating personnel’s visual fatigue to improve efficiency.
3) Working Hours: It can continue working up to 12h. It can meet the duty requirements, and can also be used as a power when failure emergency lighting. The charging time is only 8h. Once fully charged, it can be used at any time within 6 months.
4) Intelligent Protection: The light is equipped with an over-discharge and a short-circuit protection device. It can effectively protect the battery and extend the lamp life. And also the smart charger is equipped with a short circuit protection and charging display devices.

2. Usage
1) The lamp has half power before leaving the factory, so it should be charged before putting into use. When charging, first, you should put out the non-fixed endpoint of charging hole seal plug, and the light source must be turned off. And when connecting to the charger's AC power, the indicator of charger is green. Then plug the charger's output plug into the charging socket of mine's lamp, and the charger’s indicator will turn red. If the indicator of mine’s lamp also turns red, it means the charging is nomal. When the indicator of charger turns green, it means it has closed to the rated capacity. Keep charging for about 1 hour, the battery will be full. After finishing the charging, should stuff up the charging hole seal plug. The nomal charging time is about 8 hours.
3. Transport and storage
The miner’s lamp isn’t allowed to suffer the severe mechanical shock and exposure to rain, and should avoid throwing, rolling and pressing heavily in the transportation.
This product’s effective storage period is one year. The temperature should be 0°c~-40°c,and should be deposited in the dry, clean, well-ventilated and non-corrosive media warehouse. Stay away from fire and heat.
