Operation application:
To operate your handcuff,push teh ratchet against the wrist of the subject.When sufficient pressure is obtained,the ratchet will release from the pawl and rotate around the subjects arm,relocating on the ratchets as it does so,Haveing so locked the handcuffs around the wrist,a key is now to remove them,
Double-locking
To double-lock the handcuffs,firstly adjust the bracelet so that it fits snugly but comfortable on the subjects wrist.Now depress teh actuator using the pin on the key grip.Always double-lock your handcuffs.
Unlocking
To unlock the handcuffs,insert the key in the keyway and turn 180 ° towards the closest edge of the block.This will release the double-lock.To remove the handcuffs,turn the key 270 ° in the opposite direction which will release the ratchet from the pawl.
Maintenance
On a regular basis,lubricate the pivot point at which the ratchet rotates about the boss rivet with a light oil.Similarly,apply light lubrication to the folating pawl.Rotate the ratchet to ensure free rotation,and wipe off excess lubricant.
