Noiseless handtruck performance testing (Japanese JIS standard):
According to Japanese JIS standard B8720 term
1.Loading: Starting force of 150KG series noiseless handtruck under rated loading must be below 10KG.
Starting force of 300KG series noiseless handtruck under rated load must be below 14KG.
2.Car deck:Add fourfold rated loadings to deck center, the deck willnot be broken, Deck bending is less than 7mm, and it will be back to normal within 15 min.
3.Handle:Add sixfold start force to handle for 1 min. after test, handle willnot be distorted, loosened
According to Japanese JIS standard B8723 term
4. Caster: Add triple rated loadings weight to caster for 3 min, after test, caster stand willnot be distorted, rotational axle and swivel axis willnot be no gap and loosing
5.Noiseless handtruck caster moving testing: Under rated loading,keep 4km/H speed to move 10km, caster rubber willnot be distorted, worn and cracked caused by heating.
