Guitar production line applies vacuum pressure and high frequency heating technic , it is a good choice for production line of guitar. Process: Put the guitar sound board in to the platform, start the vacuum pump, the silicon membrane will shrink and press on the sound board, at same time HF power starts to heat the glue, it only takes few seconds to finish gluing. Special designed stray field HF electrode makes gluing fast and safe.
