The machine adopt centerless grinding type.Workpiece fixed by to grinding-wheel cage for feeding. The workpiece and dresser are arranged in both sides of grinding-wheel. Feeding slide and correcting slide are fixed on "X" type roll guide, servo motor driving equipment and a pair of left, right ball-screw drive feeding slide and correcting slide in synchronism. Grinding-wheel cage is fixed at the middle back of the machine body. A 7.5kw motor is used for driving spindle by multiple wedge-belts.
Adopting electromagnetic centreless clamp and support race to grind race technology can achieve high producing accuracy.
Loading and unloading mechanism of second grade can work stability and achieve high productive efficiency.
The dresser is fixed on the correcting slide at the right of the machine body to use for correcting the grinding-wheel.
