Special Green Tea Biluochun

Material:  Tender buds, picked in spring.

Shape: Tight, spiral

Dried tea color:  dark green with excessive silver hair appearance.

Aroma:  fresh, floral and fruity aroma.

Taste:  super fresh, long-lasting sweetness and high fruity taste. 

  History:      There are two mountains in the Suzhou Tai Lake, called Dongshan east mountain and Dongting west mountain, which are famous for its tribute tea Bi Luo Chun (green snail spring literally).  Owing to its scary fragrance, it is first discovered by the farmers in Qing Dynasty. One year, The Emperor Kangxi came to Tai Lake, and enjoyed this tea. He love it very much, and gave it a beautiful name “Bi Luo Chun”. In Chinese, “Bi” means super green, “Luo” means its tight, spiral shape, “Chun” means spring and fresh.   

Brewing:

The glass cup would be best, you can view tea buds displaying in the cup. shake the vessel gently, smell the pleasing tea aroma. What a wonderful experience.

Infusion time: at least 3 times
