2,The company is a professional free forging company. It is equipped with the workshops and physical & chemical inspection centers of free forging,stock preparation, machining and heat treatment etc.It owns a strong technical force consisting of more than 80 people. Among them, there are 4 senior engineers, 8 mechanical and electrical engineers and 37 other kinds of technicians.The company is professionally engaged in the production of free forgings with various kinds of carbon structural steels, alloy steels, bearing steels, stainless steels, spring steels, tool steels, &special steels, rough & precise machining and heat treatment of the products. Furthermore, the company can independently design, produce and machine related moulds.At present, the company has the forging equipments of 8T, 5T, 3T, 1T and 0.75T. In addition, it owns 10 sets of coal-firing forging & heating furnaces and 2 sets of material pick-off machines.The company has annual capacity of 20,000 tons of forgings.The main forgings are Industries of petroleum machinery, engineering, harbor machinery, gear, reducer machinery, hydraulic machinery and wind generating set etc.The company produces various kinds of gears, shafts, washers, sleeves, rings, flange, steel cylinders, crankshafts, blocks and isoforms. Part of the products have been sold to international market such as new zealand&Canada purchased by domestic foreign trade compoany and the quality & service have won great acclaim from domestic and foreign users. 3,The forgings we produce have been widely used in areas, such as petrochemical industry, engineering machines, metallurgy, ship building, tire mold, transport vehicle, wind electric power generation etc. Recently, the company focuses on the development of the ring forgings for the wind power industry and profiled forgings.
In recently years, Kunshan Hongda Heavy Forging Co., Ltd has successfully developed the forgings with 42CrMo4 matetial for the wind power industry, The mechanical properties of the products which are exported to Europe is : σb=900~1050mpa, σs≥700mpa, δ≥15%, AKV≥42J/-20C, or AKV≥27J/-40C. we won good reputation by users for its reliability. Furthermore, our company exerts to develop tower flange with Q345E matetial for wind power. Due to the good quality ,its annual output will be up to 15000~20000 tons.
This profiled annular forgings which we develope are applied in various fields, including: various sizes and specs of hubbed flanges, profiled gear ring for engineering machinery, profiled stents for excavator, rims for railway, rims and mill rings for large-scale mining machinery, rolling ring for concrete mixer, special profiled forgings for rubber tire mould and large-scale bearing inside or outside rings etc. They have the following advantages to common annular forgings: The common annular forgings have rectangle profile so that it not only waste material but also increase machining time for the parts with shape profile. But we design and develope the profiled forgings according to the requirments of customers parts drawing. The shape of forging profile is as close as possible to the part section. So they shorten machining time, reduce energy consumption, and decrease the cost for customers.
