We offer a free digital design service with all of our embroidered products. We invite you to send your artwork to us and let our designers turn your embroidered products from good to great. There is no charge for this service and history has shown this makes your purchasing decision much easier.

Production Times

Normal production times for Embroidered items are 3 to 6 weeks from artwork approval. Variances will occur due to seasonal demand. Rush orders will be accepted whenever possible and additional charges may apply. Acceptance of these charges must be made in writing or on the PO. You will be notified at time of ordering if airfreight charges will be needed to meet your delivery date. Conversely, for larger volumes and extended lead-times of 10-12 weeks, a reduced price may be available by using our sea freight program. Please specify required in-hand dates on all orders.

Combined Quantity Minimums

All items may be combined within a collection to achieve minimums. The absolute minimum is 20 per individual item and color. For example when ordering 600 pieces of our Typhoon Collection you can order head covers, putter covers, hybrids, etc from within the collection at a minimum of 20per item/color. You cannot however add items from another collection such as Cyclone or Extreme to make up the minimum. All embroidery must be able to be run at the same size in order to take advantage of the combined quantity minimum program.

Over / Under Runs

We reserve the right to ship over / under ship 5% on Embroidered items. We routinely run 5% more product during production and there are invariably some products that do not pass final inspection. This is an industry standard procedure and ensures a quality final product.

Extra Stitches / Logo

Extra stitch charges beyond included amount are at .15/thousand stitches. Additional locations of embroidery are available for 1.50 per location when available. (V)

FOB Point

FOB Point varies by individual order based on which of our factories produce the order. In order to avoid confusion all products have a handling charge per unit added to price that includes freight charges.

Handling / Shipping Charges

Prices are exclusive of all handling charges forward of FOB Points. Handling charges shown in Production Notes section above include freight and order processing charges. Collect freight is not possible as freight charges are included in handling charge and handling charge is mandatory on all orders unless otherwise negotiated. The reason for this policy is that we use a logistics system that often picks freight up in foreign countries and delivers direct to you. Although your freight may be listed as FOB Domestic port it is coming direct from a foreign country. We apologize for this inconvenience but assure you that this ultimately results in significantly reduced total costs to you.

Multiple Consignees

Multiple consignees beyond the first destination are charged at $6.25 per destination + applicable handling charges as shown in Production Notes section above. (V) 

Return Policy

No returns will be accepted without prior approval from the factory. All claims must be made within 15 days of invoice

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Orders cancelled before production begins may be subject to administration and/or cancellation charges.
