INTRODUCTION:
this glass washer BXM1350 was designed for solar glass cleaning. It is also available for different flat glass in
various size. The machine is equipped with a PLC to monitor many data of the entire washing process, such as
water level, temperature, washing time. So as to effectively guarantee the quality of the glass's cleaning. With low
noise, smooth transmission, better washing result, no apparent trace of water, adaptable technology, energy
saving, safe and convenient operation. So the machine is widely used in washing and drying architectural glass,
processed glass, mirror, and other flat glass.

2.Three stainless steel water tanks with 3 separated heating systems, 3 separated pump. The temperature can be
set as 30~60C. The glass will be washed by the water from the 3 pumps step by step. At the last step, the water
is the fresh water from the third tank.
3.Tap wate( you may use DI water) is designed to go into the third tank trough a adjustable switch, then overflow
to the second tank, then overflow to the first tank.
4.If the glass is too dirty, you may add some detergent in the first water tank.
5.All the three tanks can be easily moved out to be cleaned manual. Each tank has one outlet for the waste water
6.The machine has a loading area, an unloading area, a washing and a drying area.
7.Glass washer washes the glass step by step manually or automatically. At “AUTO” working state, the machine
will wash the glass step by step automatically, if meet problem, it will alarm and the problem will be shown on
the screen.
