2. Capable of producing temper formed glass or hot bending formed glass.
3. Capable of producing curved glass with a curvature radius as small as 80mm.
4. The patterns printed on the surface of front or back side will not be affected.
5. Die forming technology is used, product size has high precision the rate of finished products is high.
6. All quality indexes can meet the requirements to tempered glass products for household electric appliances.
7. It has high per shift per capita labor productivity, so the cost is greatly reduced.
8. Automatic manipulator is used to discharge products with out the need of manual operation by workers under high temperature at the outlet of the furnace, so work environment is improved and manpower is saved.
