Features:

The machine can be used to dispense two-component Polysulfide or silicone sealant.This machine consists of two sealant pumps. One  pump is droved by pneumatic motor system, which is imported from Korea and the other  pump is droved by cylinder that is controlled by electromagnetic valve.Its catalyzer system is sealed, which prevents the catalyzer from exposing to air and getting solidified.The stability of fluid flow rate is ensured and mixing effect improved. The system is also equipped with a pipe overload protection device, which securied operation.The two pumps and proportional pump’s high pressure valves are made of special leakage-free alloy.The special and convenient mix device can ensure the precise mixture performance.The internationally prevailing stationary reciprocating mixer is used in the machine, with the specially designed needle valve, the mixture result is excellent. Elastic material  is used to make the dispensing nozzle, the production of insulating glass is more convenient and simple.The imported dispensing gun leads to a reliable sealing.
