Applying western advanced magnetron coating technology the actual requirement in production techniques, we developed and launched the High-Grade Aluminum Mirror Coating Production Line to enable our customers to be more competitive in quality, efficiency, scale, technology and automation, etc.
We supplied China’s first large-scale Magnetron Aluminum Mirror Coating Production Line (exported to Bangladesh) and China’s first large scale Temperable Low-E Magnetron Coating Production Line (exported to Mexico). We also own several patented technologies.
Features: The line can reduce energy consumption and increase speed. The production capacity can be doubled without increasing the power supply, compared with other factories using traditional technology. It ensures 90 seconds per cycle.(single film)
