Intended use
Fecal occult blood (FOB) testing Kit (Colloidal Gold) is a qualitative detection of fecal occult blood (FOB) for diagnosis of hemorrhage of lower digestive tract. Minimum checkout amount of hemoglobin is 100ng/ml.
Principle
The FOB One Step Rapid Test is a lateral flow chromatographic immunoassay based on the principle of the double antibody-sandwich technique.

Method
Sampling: mining rod inserting a fecal sample, approximately matches the size of the sample and mining stick in the 0.5ml of distilled water in a small measuring cup, mixing it symmetrically.
Testing: put the strip in the small cup of mixture, pay attention to the level cannot exceed the MAX line.
Result: read the result at the 10 minutes. The result is invalid if read after 10 minutes.
Interpretation of the result
Positive: two purple bands appear: one in the testing line (T) and the other in the control line (C) line. The faster of the coloration, the darker of the testing line (T), which means higher concentration in the hemoglobin.
Negative: Only one band appears in the control line (C).
Invalid: If no band appears in the control line (C). It is recommended to using a new testing device.
