1. The constitution of equipment and function information
Power cord & plug | Connect 220v AC power source |
Power switch | Control the operation and stop of the equipment. open power switch, after 2 seconds, display 000 in the display board( DD802 display.., set spray pressure and the equipment is in the state of work. |
Touch type pressure adjust knob | Setup and control spray pressure,up increase pressure; down decrease pressure,the regulating range is between 0~20 Mpapressure value will increase or decrease by 0.5MPa for each press; if press button constantly, the setting value will change constantly. |

Oil fill cap | After use, remove the fill cap and add 5-6 drops of seal oil. |
Pressure relief valve | Use as safety valve in spray operation and pressure relief valve after operation, turn clockwise, valve in shut off (operation) state and turn counterclockwise, valve in opening (pressure relief) state. |

2. Safety rules
A. dangerousfluid injection hazard high pressure fluid generated in the equipment can penetrate skin and into your body and cause extremely injury. Dont treat the spray injury as normal injury.
Attention: The maximum work pressure is 20Mpa (200kgf/cm2)
Preventive Measure:
(1) Never point the spray gun to any part of the body.
(2) Never let any part of your body touch the sprayed flow from the gun, leaks or ruptured components.
(3) Never put your hand in front of the gun to test the flow, gloves cannot prevent the injection hazard effectively. Always lock the trigger safety lever when cleaning and replacing spray tip
(4) When spray, be sure to set the guard device of spray tip at position. Spray tip guard device can provide certain protective effect to the fluid injection.
(5) Before use, check each part of hose is in good condition every time. Abrasion, distortion, and improper use to the hose will lead to its leak.
B. dangerousExplosion or fire hazardsolvent and paint volatile substance may cause ignite or explode and result in property damage and casualty
Preventive Measure:
(1) Try to be installed with exhaust and new wind generating units, or use equipment in well ventilated area to prevent the volatile gas accumulation.
(2) Do not use the equipment when there are ignition sources for instance: static sparking, open fire, hot substance, cigarette, etc.
(3) Work field must be equipped with fire-extinguishing equipment.
(4) Keep motor far away from the solvent and paint volatile.
(5) This equipment is not suitable for spray oil paint and high volatile solvent, if there is any special need, please contact with the factory and make to order.
C. dangeroususe incompatible material may cause exploderesult in property damage and casualty:
Preventive Measure:
(1) Do not use bleaching agent
(2) Do not sue halogenated hydrocarbon solvents such as methylene dichloride and 1.1.1trichloroacetic acid which are incompatible with the aluminum and may result in explode. If you are not sure the substance is compatible with aluminum or not, please consults with the paint supplier.
D. dangerousdangerous volatile substanceif breath in paint, solvent, pesticide and other material, may cause serious nauseous, fainting & toxicosis
Preventive Measure:
(1) Use respirator or mask in the area may inhale volatile substance
(2) Obey with all the applicable safety standards concerning ventilation, fire fighting and operation.
(3) Do not spray when it is windy.
(4) Wear protective eye shade
E. Groundingthis equipment should connect with 10 A grounded triplex receptacle outlet, and only applicable to power supply of 220V 50Hz and ensure that the power is properly grounded.
