Aluminum case gas meter series possess the following characteristics: The upper case and lower case of the mechanical gas meter are made of high quality aluminum-alloy by die-casting and the surface of the meter is dealt with corrosion-resistance treatment with pure polyester powder plastic coating(for outdoor), which accords with European ROHS environment protection requirement.

Installation attentions

 

Read this instruction in details before installation.Gas meter installation shall be completed by qualified professional sectors.Gas meter shall be straight up when be installed. Prohibit to up-side down or placed by side. No vibrations. Or else the performance will be affected. Two pipe joints. Left (right) side with gas inlet, right (left) side with gas outlet. Rubber sealing lock ring shall be placed on both sides. The flow directions of gas must be the same as the arrows indicate on the bottom case. Air shall be input for leakage test once the installation is finished. The pressure is no more than 30kPa. No fire test allowed. No toxic gas or flammable and combustible gas for the test.

 

Operation attentions

 

Firing after the air is thoroughly cleaned from the pipes. Any remaining air will cause explosions. Counter records reading: the indication applies decimal scale. The minimum scale is 0.0002m3, the maximum scale is 9999m3 ( for G6 will be 99999m3)Turn off valve immediately if any leakage of the gas. Open doors and windows for ventilation and inform the management department for repairs. No fire for leakage test! No private removal of the gas meters!
