 Application scope:

    It’s especially applicable to high temperature and high density dust industries, widely used in metallurgy, casting, sand blasting, building materials, power industry and fire proof materials.

Operating principle:

   CLT/A type spiral cyclone dust remover is the basic type of cyclone dust remover, and also of spiral type. Its cover plate is in spiral tangent shape with a down-tilting angle of 15°. Dust air backspin along the tilting cover plate instead of forming up ash loop, which can remove small swirling air stream formed by upward flow of the incoming air stream, reduce energy consumption and improve dust removing efficiency.  It is applicable to dust removing of high density, dry and non-fibrous dust particles.

   CLT/A type cyclone dust remover is composed of cyclone cylinder, dust collecting hopper and spiral case ( or wind collecting cap) . It is divided into single cylinder, double-cylinder, three-cylinder, four-cylinder and six-cylinder based on the number of cylinders. Each type sends out air in two ways: X type (sending out air horizontally) is used in negative pressure operation; Y type (sending out air from above) is used in positive and negative pressure operations.
