SERIVES AND WARRANTY One-off Warranty:The seller provides the buyer spare parts valued 2% of contract on FOB basis free of charge as one-off warranty. The sellershall never be responsible for the warranty of vehicles in future. However, batch quality problem is excluded. The buyer shall be responsible for the warranty of vehicles for end users. The seller further warrants a continuous supply of spare parts on all items sold and undertakes to deliver the buyer the needed spare parts immediately upon receipt of payment. If the buyer fails to fulfill warranty for end users, all spare parts for warranty’s purpose shall be returned to the seller.Batch quality failure within warranty means: When the quantity of one order is more than 30 units, the same parts or components occur quality problem and the reason to cause quality problem is also same, the quantity of malfunction trucks is more than 30% of this order (if the quantity is more than 30 units) or 20% of this order (if the quantity is more than 50 units)
