SSOC (NCF) outdoor AC high voltage falling fuse series are the devices for overcurrent protection. The fuse installed on the distribution transformer or pole of power line serves as device for overload protection and switching on/off the load current.
The fuse is composed of a main insulating and conducting structure and an arcing tube. The stationary contacts are fixed at both ends of the insulating post and the moving contacts at both ends of the fuse tube composed of an arcing glass tube outside. Equipped with an arcing chamber and elastic auxiliary contacts to interrupt load current and capacitor current the SSOC (NCF)3 fuse is able to switch on/off the load current.
