ELF-2400(A/B) Full automatic horizontal PU foam production plant can manufacture various kinds of PU foam, from 6kg/m3to 90kg/m3 density. It can produce general sponge, high-resilience foam, super soft foam and memory foam. We have more than 15years experience in PU foaming equipment, the pioneer automatic horizontal PU foam production line still in use is manufacture in China in 1995. We also supply productive technology for our value customer. Our technicians have more than 10 years experience in PU production technology. In 2008,we are developed ELF-2400 series PU production equipment with latest technology, and it keeping upgrades every year.
The production plant using Siemens PLC and 15" touch screen HMI, Pump and Mixing head control by Siemens inverter driver, it has high precision speed control function. The plant has highly automated production capacity and highly automated production capacity, it support by advanced control software which we are developed.
