Separate temperature selection knobs: Each fryer container has a temperature selection knob of its own. This allows you to operate 2 fryers with 2 different temperature settings.

Auto thermostat control feature turns off the power once the temperature reaches beyond the selected temperature. Once the temperature gets below a safe level, the unit is turned on again until it reaches the selected temperature level.

Non-slip rubber feet help keep the electric fryer stable on the table.

Hinged/Removable Oil Heating Plate: The oil heating plate attached to the control panel is removable. The control panel along with the heating plate can also be lifted up in an angle. This allows easy cleaning inside the fryer oil container.

Oil-out valves that are attached on the fryer makes it easy to release oil out of the fryer.

Food baskets come with hooks for hanging the baskets to filter out excess oil. The baskets can be hung on the plate attached to the control box. The food baskets are attached with well-insulated handles for easy operation.
