1)This WPC extrusion line applies SJZ serials of conical twin screw extruder with imported inverter,which provides wide adjusting range and precise temperature control.
2)The downstream equipment includes vacuum calibration and cooling units, haul-off unit,cutting machine and stacker.
3)The calibration unit is equipped with strong forced cooling system so that it can
provide perfect calibrating effect.
4)The pedrail hauler is equiped with precision gear motor and inverter, which possesses
reasonable structure, strong and stable hauling force.
5)The cutting machineis equipped with PLC control system which helps to set length and provide accurate
automatic cutting.
6)The stacker is covered withe rubber grip block to preventproducts from damage.
