Detailed Product Description
The steel pipe transfer conveyer make by 20mm thick steel plate and 200mm H beams with the shape H structure. Loading capacity is more than 15000kgs. Moving speed can be adjusted from 0.8m/min to 4m/min. The moving spiral patch also can be adjusted between 100mm -- 200mm. Each units of the conveyer are made with 3 sizes 1.5m, 3.5m and 5.5m to meet the flexible arrangement for the production line.
The whole transfer conveyer control by PLC system with convert motors. The electronic instruments all come from famous company like Fuji, Siemens, Omron or Schneider etc. 3 motors are used for shot blasting area and 4 motors for painting area. The power of the motors is 30KW each. The electric control panel also made with good brand of electrical parts.
