 High-pier hydraulic turnover formwork is composed of working platform,hoisting frame,hanging bracket,formwork system,hydraulic lifting equipment,centerline control system as well as auxiliary equipment,etc.Its fundamental principle is as such:the working platform is supported on the concrete of the pier body which has attained a certain strength,and hydraulic jack is used to lift the working platform.When the platform reaches to a certain height,hanging bracket is suspended on the platform.Workers carry out formwork dismantling,lifting,installation and bar bundling among other operations.on the hanging bracket.Concrete pouring,ramming,hanging bracket displacement and centerline control and other operations are carried out ou the working platform.Three levels are each provided for the internal and external formworks for rolling up alternatively.After concrete pouring of the third level is finished,the working platform is lifted,and the first level of formworks are dismantled and lifted to the top of the third level.This procedure is then repeated until construction of the entire pier shaft is finished.

The concrete will be continuously cast during the construction.The hydraulic system can guarantee the two piers climb up simultaneously, reducing the number of pre-buried auxiliary parts.The working platform and crane equipment are combined into one, replacing crane equipment, such as crane tower.The formwork is divided int three parts, inside and outside both are made of steel structure.The formwork system can complete steel-bar binding, concrete casting,climbing up and installment with crane at one time.
