Used in cream, make its products stable, uniform, fine. 2. Used in meat products, can improve the water storage capacity of a sausage and ham, prevent oil/water separation. 3. Used in all kinds of oils and fats, improve the compatibility of oil and water, prevent the depositing process of oil-water separation. 4.Increase the dough headstrong and a gas, improve the structure and baking volume is increased. 5.Forming a complex with starch, prevent loss of starch swelling, improve the starch gelatinization characteristics, prevent aging anabiosis. Sealed storage in low temperature, dry and cool ventilated place, waterproof sunscreen. Unopened storage period is 12 months.
