Additive quantity : normal dosage as 0.5‰ finished weight, add to them as requirement , if the chicken as material ,the normal dosage will be 0.6‰ .
Application : apply for the production that PH value higher than 4,you’d better dilute into 15 times when you add to meat, or will appear on Colour and lustre not even,if making the lump meat(just like western ham and sandwich ) the times will be more than normal ,and then adding some water to meat with mixing. pouring into the vacuum tumbler when it is working, to avoid Colour and lustre not even. If need to injection with saline, pouring phosphate and other accessory consecutively into machine with rabbling.
