VRUQK - 6000/6100 Float Level Switches and UQK – 6200 Displacer level switches are designed as per ANSIB31.1 standard for applications of high temperature and high pressure. The advanced tri – magnet driven switch is of rational structure with fine stability, which is able to identify the switch movement precisely even under rugged conditions.

VRUQK - 6000/6100 Float Level Switches are applicable for level control, alarm, and cascade failure of open vessel, and high temperature, high pressure process conditions in the fields of petrochemical, power, food, pharmaceuticals, etc.

Principle of work

1. VRUQK – 6000 Float Level Switch operates on the basic buoyancy principle. As the float rises or falls with liquid level, it moves a magnetic sleeve into or out of the field of a switch actuating magnet, causing operation. As the liquid level falls, the trigged mechanism returns to an original status, where, as a result, such functions as liquid level control, alarm, and fault interlocking, etc can be realized.

2. VRUQK – 6100 Float Level Switch operates on the basic buoyancy principle. As liquid level changes, the float rises or falls and, the fist – level magnet located in the pressure pipe moves up and down correspondingly. There is an up or down adjustable switch outside the pipe in the housing. As an up or down movement of the fist – level magnet, the second – level magnet is driven to move by a magnetic coupling effect. The third – level magnet follows to be active and then control the switch. The trigged mechanism switch returns to an original status while the liquid level falling.

3.There is an up / down adjustable switch outside the pressure pipe in the housing. As liquid level rising and the displacer immersed. The increased volume of buoyancy force is equal to the weight force of the displaced liquid by Archimedes’ principle. As the liquid level diminishing and spring constriction, the first – level magnet moves up to trigger the mechanical switch. As liquid level decreasing, displacer emerges. The spring receives that added force, and it increases to a certain length. The first – level magnetic switch moves and is reset to the former state.
