LZ-W(Y) series Turbine Flow sensor (Hereafter referred as sensor), based upon torque equilibrium principle, is a kind of flow rate meters. With its simple structure, light weight, high-accuracy, perfect repeatability, sensitivity and easy maintenance, the sensor is widely used in oil, petrochemicals, metallurgy, water supply and paper industry. It is the ideal instruments for flow measurement and energy conservation.
Used with the display instruments, the sensor is applicable for measuring the one-impurities (fiber or particle) liquid in enclosed conduit that has no corrosive effect to stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti, 2Cr13, corundum Al2O3 and cemented carbide. If special display instruments are equipped with the sensor, quantity control, excessive alarm and other functions will be obtained. The explosion-proof type (ExmIIT6) can be used under the circumstance of potential explosion hazard.
The sensor is suitable for the medium of which the viscosity is lower than 5 × 10-6m2/s at working temperature. If the viscosity is higher than 5 × 10-6m2/s, the sensor should be calibrated on line before use.
