The superior accuracy mobile discharge/unloading unit especially designed for unloading/discharging/transacting from tank car , tank trains, fuel tank marines..etc to oil stock terminal. Its equipped with PD rotary vane meter which are single case, angle-type,rotary vane, positive displacement meter.The photo shows the 4" meter equipped with mechanical counter, air eliminator, strainer.
