1, Compound Potato Chips Introduction
This machine is the necessary equipment for the continuously frying of the dough raw base oil which is heated to a certain temperature by fuel circulating heating. It is mainly consisted of fuel heating oven and continuous frying machine two parts.
2, Main Systems:
Fuel circulation heating oven
It is consisted of oven base, oven body (internal installed stainless coil pipe), circulation pump, control valve, fuel burner and control box etc. There’s separate instruction book when supplying goods.
Continuously frying machine
The machine is consisted of machine frame, oil ship, grid belt, compressing disk, oil filter, oil blowing surface and oil storage bucket and returning oil collecting device, up and down lifting part, oil smoking drawing part, etc.
