•  Do you have minimum or maximum quantities when ordering?

A: 1 piece start, and not maximum order quantities limited; 

•  Do you provide free sample for better evaluation?

A: Yes. sample according to your customized artworks, As to sample freight need pre charge from you. if you are not willing to pre paid that freight, we'd like to show our printing result via our EOS D5 camera from email. 

• What are the delivery charges for orders from PRINTWORLD?

A: it depends on your package weight, usually if the package lower than 10kg we used DHL economical express, and more than 10kg we used China Post Air mail and EMS to delivery on time, we also provide Free shipping for a bonus; 

• Which Payment Methods are accepted from Printword?

A: we accept payment by credit card(need users ID data), Paypal, Moneygram, Western Union, Cash, Tele transfer;

• How long will delivery take ?

A: DHL economical express to Europe & North American, Central and South American market 6 workdays maximum;  China Post Air mail and EMS more than 15 workdays, and our free shipping service more than 30 workdays. 

• How secure is my transaction?

A: PRINTWORD is belong to Nuclear Coating Fabric Co.,Ltd, and is legally registrated both in China and Indonesia. Nuclear Coating Fabric Co.,Ltd is also membership of ISA American and Fespa Europe,which are the biggest & top orgnazation for digital printing industries. All your transactions are guaranteed by China Law and our reputation. 

• What exactly happens after ordering?

A: after ordering you will prompetly receive and orer confirmation via email. After the order has been processed in our database, the package will leave our warehouse within the guarantee day, or, at the latest, the following work day. orders via credit card and tele transfer are sent out on the day we receive the payment. 

• Do i receive an invoice for my order?

A: You will receive your invoice in PDF format via e-mail when your order is sent out to you. 

• Do i have to pay a customs duty for the goods if i order from PRINTWORLD?

A: After a shipment reaches your country it might be subject to import duties and taxes. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, contact your local customs office for further information. To facilitate the customs process, we reserve the right to inform customs of the value of goods within the packages. For the same reason, customs officials are permitted to open packages. PRINTWORLD has no influence over this procedure.
