Through many times’ practice and experience, RF Device shows its great efficiency in the fire extinguishing. Under the circumstance of not being into the fire space, the Device can deliver the water mist into the fire space through quickly penetrating steel plate, concrete and wall etc; the micro-drops evaporate immediately in high temperature and absorb a lot of heat during water’s phase change period, which is hundreds times larger than that of normal; then the surroundings temperature will lower rapidly. At the same time, the volume of the micro-drops leaps thousands of times and oxygen supply to the fire is interdicted. Two essentials for the fire (temperature and oxygen) have been interdicted by the micro-drops’ inflating/expanding/swelling and temperature reduction. This fire-extinguishing effectiveness increases much more than the traditional way to the fire-extinguishing.
10mm steel plate can be penetrated only in 8 sec, 150mm concrete wall can be penetrated in 40 sec, and even 400mm brick wall can be penetrated simply in 50sec by the RF device. As for normal security door, hardwood door, glasses wall, aluminum alloy wall can be penetrated in seconds. The experimental data indicate, if a 50 square meters’ room is on fire, it only takes 2-3 minutes and 60 liters’ water to put out of it.
Through penetrating the wall and delivering the water into the room on fire from outside of building, RF device can not only protect the firemen from being injured caused by flashover, but also raise the efficiency greatly.
RF device is able to be used as forerunner equipment to stop large scale fire from extending and spreading. The wall can be penetrated by RF Device and high pressure micro-drops are sent into the fire space to low temperature and reduce heat radiation, which can blaze a safe space for the fireman getting into the fire space and avoid injury caused by flashover. At the same time, it can develop utilizing space for the other fire fighting equipment and realize the co-work of various fire fighting equipment to ultimately display all kinds of fire fighting equipment’s extinguishing effect.
Hi-pressure spray sand technology applied by RF device, no sparks generated while the RF device is working. So the RF device can be used to extinguish the fire on the inflammable substance fluid container, oil tank truck, transport vehicle for the dangerous goods, etc. It takes a few minutes to penetrate the external wall of the fluid container (or oil tank) by the RF device, and then add some corresponding foam depending on the different fluid, so as to increase extinguishing efficiency. After adding some complementary equipment, the RF device can use for explosion prevention and forcible entry.
