ZYD-I Series Double-Stage Vacuum Insulating Oil Regeneration Purifier
ZYD-I Series Double-Stage Vacuum Insulating Oil Regeneration Purifier

Application
This machine is applied to treat various of unqualified insulation oils including aging transformer oil specially for the power which is above 110V, mutual inductor oil, switch oil and so on. Also it can inject the insulating oil into the transformers on-line. Regenerate the seriously deteriorated oil by removing the polarity materials.
Features
1. PH ≥5.5
2. Acid ≤ 0.03mgkoH/g
3. Flash point ≥145℃
4.  Anti-pressure≥60KV
5.  Dielectric loss: tgδ(90℃)% ≤0.001
6.  High vacuum: High point-Vacuum≤5pa   Working-vacuum≤35pa
7. High absorption speed: Absorption speed power≥333L/Sr.
8. Duplex 3D stereo-evaporation, eliminating the liquid water quickly
9. UK G technology by which the trace water that is show chain, such as dissolved water, can be removed effectively.
10.  Distinctive removing impurities system filtering through double FH trapezoidal network and       absorbing by high polymer without the mechanical power
11.  Carbon fiber infrared heating system that can make the oil contains zero sum of ethyne after the treatment
12.  Specially applied to vacuum oiling and drying for power transmission equipments that are over   110KV
13.  The oil of any grades can be treated on line at the working site.

Advantages:
Besides Double-Stage High-Efficiency Vacuum Insulation Oil purifier’s function of dewatering, degassing and eliminating impurities, this machine can regenerate the seriously deteriorated oil by removing the polarity materials, such as the deep oxides, free carbon in the oil effectively. It can make the seriously deteriorated oil reach to the normal index like anti-oxides, acid- alkali water-solubility.
