PTFE coated is a new heat resistant variety developed and launched to the market by our factory.It is mixed and laminated with two or more kinds of heat resistant fiber to acquire higher and newer physical and chemical performance.Composite needle felt series feature heat resistance,high strength,acidity and alkali resistance,abrasion resistance and anti-breaking.After different chemical surface treatment and finishing,it is easy to remove dust,water-resistant and anti-static.And series of products of different temperature ranging from 150C-200C,200C-250C and 250C-300C are available.
Compared with glass-fiber filter materials,abrasion resistance,anti-breaking and anti-peeling strength for heat resistant composite filter material has been improved considerably and it can bear high filtering load.Its filtering speed can be above 1.0m/min,and its running resistance is low.Compared with heat resist filter material made of synthetic chemical fiber,weakness of its high elongation rate,big distortion and poor heat resistant and corrosion resistant performance have been overcome.It has good dimensional stability and better strength and its price is lower than the other heat resistant chemical fiber.Heat resistant composite filter material is a new product to suit national condition of our country.It is widely used in sectors of steel and iron,metallurgy of nonferrous metals,chemical,carbon black,building materials and power and so on.
